2. Once an order is processed, cancellations are no longer permitted.

3. Special occasion offers (e.g., Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day) are non-cancelable due to the limited-time nature of these promotions.

 

Refund & Replacement Policy:

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired, you may request a refund or replacement by following these steps:

1. Notify us within 5 days of delivery.

2. Submit images of the product and its defects along with your order details to info@agrawalnamkeen.shop.
