🕒 Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next working day.

• You will receive a confirmation email/SMS once your order is packed and shipped.
   

📍 Delivery Areas

• We currently deliver pan-India.

• Some remote areas may have limited delivery coverage. In such cases, our team will contact you for alternate arrangements.

• Free shipping on orders above ₹499.

• For orders below ₹499, a flat ₹50 shipping charge applies.
   

📦 Packaging

All products are packed securely to maintain hygiene, freshness, and product integrity during transit.
 

🚫 Delivery Delays

In rare cases of delay, we will keep you informed via email or phone. We are not liable for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control (natural calamities, strikes, etc.).
 

📲 Order Tracking

Once dispatched, a tracking ID will be shared with you via SMS/Email to monitor your delivery status.
 

❗Failed Deliveries

• If the customer is unavailable during delivery, the courier will attempt re-delivery or contact you.

• After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned. Re-delivery may be chargeable.
